Hello, i'm from eastern Europe, but the buffering isn't good. And can you put Bulgaria in high/low tier too? My internet is ok, but it aways buffer after few minutes. Is it normal for this region? You don't have europa servers? I don't have problem with Openload, thinking that this is part of it too.

I will get in touch with the provider, looking at download speed analytics, Bulgaria isn't that bad, have you tried another browser before, or maybe there was another download in the background?
We're not a part of anybody and openload has their servers in eastern Europe.
Everything was ok, i just started the video i've upload and it buffered alot of times. The upload speed isn't that great too. With openload and rapidvideo i have for now fast connection and really good buf and upload. That's why i'm asking if ur missing Europa servers or bad connection with us here. It's not that bad, but it's not great as the other two. If someone with lower internet try my videos, he won't be able to play them.

As long as advertisers aren't willing to pay more, we can't pay more. We're looking for eastern Europe advertising network st the moment already, but none can reach the needed offers. As for the connection, we're looking into improving the routing for now, otherwise we might take some servers there in the future.
Highly doubt that, but send me some links to the converted videos which allegedly look like from a 3gp video. If there is a converting error we will fix it.
