It's not my site but i'd like to share with you:

XRetroTube is an adult videos tube, where people can register and publish any video that is hosted in openload, datoporn, rapidvideo etc.

It is very simple, they create the account, they go where it says SUBMIT VIDEO, and there they complete with the data of the embed code and images of the video hosting that they use ...
