I agree. Then, Download button would be visible in mobile devices and plus they already know about the streaming part.

You need the same subtitles in 500 videos?
We have our own dedicated download option which each user can enable in her or his account if they wish to have their files downloadable.
I checked your account and even though remote uploads are working for you, the normal really isn't. We're investigating the account issues and will fix it ASAP.

Yes, we're working on the converting query as some files stuck and don't properly changee their status. But the queue is quite loaded right now, more people have started importing their accounts as well.

60 days after inactivity the files are removed. Unless you have many views on your whole account.
