Pretty sure you know a lot. Nobody is contesting that. It is also pretty clear that your answer is "no" (you definitely do not plan on incentivizing uploaders in the future) because you keep evading the question by hiding behind the word "PPV". You know it is not the only monetization available. And my question is so simple.

So yeah, I get it.
1. You know a lot.
2. You do not plan on incentivizing uploaders ever.
3. You'll still be around monetizing but then again will not incentivize uploaders.

Actually its not a drama for 20 as 20 is getting paid.
Mostly its a drama for 5 usd

Please, make payment or not but mercy for our websites, we are running your popup ads for months and lost many traffic because of these ads.

please remove popups first, its the mandatory issue.

and how different they're than (VIDBULL(VODLOCKER), PLAYED , VIDZI) ??

all of them didn't pay their users at the end
the only difference with openload is that they keep running the service with the same number of ads to earn even more money

The difference is the we paid out any outstanding balance bigger then 20usd which is 98% of any balance availible.
Users here complaining are those ones with some dollars in the account which we cannot process due our payment processor wont allow it.

Bitcoin is free. There is no need for a payment processor for it and there is no minimum requirement to send any amount with Bitcoin. So shoud I email to payout the remaining $16? You can put it as 1 sat/byte tx on low priority. There is no excuses for this.

My accounts can still reach monthly payouts even at 25% of the current rates. I think lost monthly income stream is where the drama is and it is understandable. Why would someone cry over 5 bucks? Why would you downplay things like that. That's preposterous.

Most of your users will stay even if you lower your rates. You could have tried mitigating like cutting expenses, probably consolidating duplicate files by generating multiple links for the same remote uploaded file and whatnot, or lowering rates, or trying out different monetization options.

I think it's time for us to move on since we cannot get more information from you and you do not feel obliged to let us know more than what you've already said.

I think there is nothing else to see here.

I am willing to stay because the user is familiar with openload,

There is no real difference with VIDBULL(VODLOCKER), PLAYED , VIDZI ...
You paid the outstanding balances, then you stop paying and you put even more ads than before. People like me who have thousands of your links on our sites, we can't remove them overnight, meanwhile you are making money alone and you don't care about us.
I'm sorry but I don't see a difference between you and those other scammers. It's the same as if you had disappeared with our balances. You are just smarter than the other scammers.
Myself, I got paid since I had more than 100$ in my balance but I just can't trust you anymore after this. At least you should have given us a time to move our files before you stop the program.
 
personally I am disappointed, because I myself am thinking if I have to always work with affiliates hosts like you.My I am French and I have 232,000 link to me at the openload and Streamango today I ask myself a lot of questions, and the The answer is that we should not trust you anymore.

With all due respect, the torrentfreak article I posted is about openload's current situation. And the rapidvideo official comment on that same torrentfreak article about its own mitigation and course of action is very much related to what we are currently discussing.
