How much should I expect selling this website?

How much should I expect a .com site 5 years old which used to bring 30-50$ per day 2 years back. Stopped updating it and now the traffic has come down to this with a monthly income of 30-50$ per month.

P.S: It is a tech + micro-niche blog.

If it is making 50$/month then expect the price of 12-16 months, & that should be 600-1000$.
