Why can't you guys read make money page ?

Paypal payments can be delayed .

And

We have lower the rates (a little bit) because we only use adsense as monetization method & it isn't paying enough these days. We can run the business without profit but we can't run it in loss, i hope you'll understand The rates can vary time to time. Read our policy for more details.
