I'm in my first few hours of taking a look around this site and trying my best not to break any of its rules! I've only just discovered that this site exists. I am registered blind and so my first stop was to see if there was anything by way of link swapping going on with audiobooks. Sometimes this can start out as a sort of poor relation to ebbooks, before it acquires a life of its own. I'm not seeing any links posted, going to third-party clouds etc, as such, so maybe this is one of the roles I have two familiarise myself with.
At this stage, I'm also a little bit concerned because I believe I read something about being sent an email to verify my identity and this hasn't arrived yet. The answer is to be patient, I'm sure. Mis-typing an email address is relatively easy for me to do. I noticed that they sign-up page asks you to repeat your password, as a means of weeding out any mistakes, but there's just one shot at typing your email address. I know I'll get to the bottom of all of this, eventually, it just takes me a little bit more time.
