we have addressed the issue with payout requests, it was an E-Mail server error which caused it, we weren't able to find this error any sooner.

I'm back at the same issue as it started 3-4 weeks ago. Asking for payment and getting the message

"A link for confirming the change of your email address has been sent to your old email address. Please click the link to confirm the change." but still not receiving any mail with any link.

Sorry, but my trusts in this provider is starting to vanish bit by bit

I actually got confirmation link and payment request was made successfully, I don't know what's the problem at your sides, I'm using gmail by the way and I requested ethereum
 
The issue was definitely at our side, we weren't able to find it because we have ignored the E-Mail server when doing the testing. Now the E-Mail servers are properly up and running again, we've also changed their IP in case some E-Mail providers have blocked the previous one.

If you still have some issues let us know.
 
Seems to be fixed, suddenly i received 13 emails of request attempts from today, and now the payment is pending.
