You must explain something to me too. 1. Did you even works with file hosts? And have you a basic understanding about how it works?
 
Let's see if you can understand
In all sharing hosting when you download a file there is the ability to download as a free or premium user
There are 2 buttons to do this
Instead if I'm just the free button
What happens I go to the homePage I register and then I download the file always if the file size allow it for free users


Explain this to me

Yes,
by default affiliates have bandwidth limit to prevent cases when somebody asked to active affiliate account but actually he want to download files for free with affiliate's premium account. Or affiliate who needs to stole files from another affiliate.

I agree with you
Already the competition is ruthless plus there are those who want to take a difficult road and all uphill
