Hm, looks like he said one thing about the past ( they always paid ) and a different thing about the future ( no one is getting paid ).
Past actions are not necessarily a predictor of future actions, especially when circumstances have changed greatly.

Just out of curiosity, how do you know so much about DFs internal operations, Halileo news page has been very stingy with details.

"Afterall it is not DF's systems that's failing, it's anti-piracy measures that has shut them out. There are only shady processors left for these filehosts, that may or may not run off with all their money, and that has happened multiple times to DF already."

Past.. we're talking about a couple of days difference, but not important.
I've been using filehosts since 2001, so i've seen it unfold, but i bet you can find most of the information by browsing this thread, and the ones for the already dead hosts. There should also be an old notice on halileo somewhere from when they got their paypal funds frozen the first time.
About payment processors in general that is common knowledge, there are several articles about it on torrentfreak for example, here is a few.

Thanks for reminding me why I stopped trying to explain something to some random internet guy... Years ago. My second post was huge mistake, and wasted effort. I will now politely remove myself from this conversation.

Just admit your original post was immature and useless. I know you're wrong, DF will pay my friend. :muscle:
 
I stopped uploading on 31 October, now I'm waiting too.
What do you think it will be better not to remove uploaded files before they pay?
Because I think maybe they do not pay to people who will delete files.
 
5. Basing on your requests budget for payouts will be finalized in Jan 2019.

I'm not sure if this mean that we will be paid in January

6. You will be paid immediately after receiving required amounts from Depositfiles.

And this can be in March, April or else.
