Check this, and learn who you are handling with! What kind of "company" does not have a refund policy and laying? Then call it as "professional talk" and even not inform clients about their "virus", just let customers websites disappear/delete and shut up and keep silent about it then play stupid.

Agreed that he doesn't speak fluent English, that doesn't make him amateur or unprofessional. He found a malware on his server and he had no choice but to restore backups. As compensation he should add 4 extra days to everyone's plan on that node or a week of he's being generous. There's no point in refunding anything, it was an "accident" like he said in chat. ItsItsInot his fault that you lost all your hardwork, he lost his too.

If you have really spent 8 years in this industry then I bet you haven't learned your lesson.

If you care about your hardwork then be ready to pay for daily backups and spend on some trusted company which will be 3-4 times more expensive.

If he's unprofessional and amateur then so are you.
 
Contabo isn't that bad. I have had their VOS for 2 years and never had any issue
We dont talk about contabo servers i know how contabo work but revenueserver is sold server to this guy and location is not mentioned they provide location NL and RU but revenueserver real IP is contabo. I agree with you about contabo but revenueserver is worst host which resell contabo server with high price
Example on contabo you will get 2 core and 4gb ram and 300gb ssd disk for 4eu on revenue server this cost 15usd with only 25gb ssd

Firstly, as host company who resell from Contabo and call it "professional" is amateur. And i ordered from DMCA ignored Russia location , not from Germany as it shows in their IP provided me for VPS!!

ANd as server/hosting company can not notify his clients, do you call it normal ?? Then keep liar over for me about that is "fine" from their side and then try to confuse me with they had some server "restart"...So , if you paid from they with little better English to write to support them, you are in the wrong place. ANd YES; i am in this industry 8 years, and know as called professional company awarning and taking care of their customer's data or at least aware them about it!

@Oldky can open dispute and ask for refund with 2 reason cpu is not same like on revenuserver site and location is not NL or RU.

It is precisely that, and besides that, he has been lying persistently that there are no problems on their part, and as supposedly, I am the only one who has faced the problem, which is not a problem, but a loss of whole data without warning. Because as every serious web hosting / servers company and as they call themselves a professional host is obliged to inform their clients about the problem on time and to have on the same server a backup system that will be needed for the biggest and most serious failures.

Then he persistently began to lie down and get out of the fact that they were lying. He said he would report as allegedly a CEO to the CEO and after a few minutes he was appointed CEO.

Likewise, as Savke says above, he sells fake locations and on the page describes the same server that it is from Russia and which is in reality in German. And is that normal, if it is, then you definitely have similar experiences and you chose to stand on their side. I'm not saying anything bad about Contiabo and from where he resells the servers, but if I paid and wanted a server from Russia listed on the page and I request that I get it.

As a customer you have nothing to report... and as an operator you should leave constructive critics there

As both, and if you can not find some constructive critics here in this thread, then i think you need help. But this thread is not about it, and please if you don´t have constructiv answer, find another thread to play with.

Of course, I won it because my relevant and full evidence proved that I was right to have the so-called company and the man who is represented are total amateurs and had a fake fact. I think in this business if you want to lie then the slack is good and not amateurish and childish.

For me, this man ended up in my life and his wannabe company and I hope that he will learn from all this that dirty work is the most expensive. This is what I wanted to share with you from the beginning to take care of your attention and warn you of such fraudsters who, of course, are not the place in this forum.
