A. Update: I forgot to get an update on this task, will be sure to have one for tomorrow.

Queued Tasks
1. VPAID and VAST (a script that instructs a video player on what ad to play, the length of the ad, when to surface the ad and where to place the actions: play, pause or whatever it is.)

2. Multi-Video Player Options(An option to change the video to a more minimalistic version like videojs )

3. Clearer Advertisement System Instructions: (Better detailed instructions with pictures of how to put ads from popcash, popmyads, and clickaine on your videos)

Reported Bugs
1. Video Player takes 30-40 seconds before starting (Fixed)
2. Video Player not playing (Issue fixed, but waiting for confirmation from user)

If your requested task is not listed please let me know

Has some one reported any issues with any error message while trying to play videos?
My viewers are complaining they are getting the following error message - Error establishing a database connection
One other observation is that in spite of selecting 720p/480p - Viewers do not get an option to customize the video clarity of the video while playing on the player. The default clarity is set to "Auto".
It would be great if viewers could choose from the options selected by the publisher while playing the videos.
Hope this suggestion makes sense to you?

Thank you for informing us I've notified programming/server team to look at this issue while they are currently looking into CPU issue.

Programming/Server Team spent most of the time searching for root cause of giant and consistent CPU spike. They hope to have problem resolved by my next update.

Reported Bugs
1. CPU issue- A large consistent spike in our cpu is causing video libraries to load slower. Programming and server team is working to find the cause of this large consistent spike.

2. Video quality options not showing- Programming team is looking into this along with CPU issue should have both issues fixed at the same time.

We resolved cpu issue for now by switching to a more powerful webserver which is handling things pretty well, we may make further upgrades down the line. Programming Team spent all day working on cpu issue and webserver configuration so other tasks didn't see a lot of action. Currently they want to finish the move of old videos' to new server, before implementing new tasks on live website.

Update 10/18/2018
Active Tasks

Reported Bugs
1. Video taking 30 seconds to load- Is caused because your video is currently on old server. Should have all video’s moved from old server to new server by tomorrow.

2. Settings wheel on video missing- Was caused by a misunderstanding of task by programming team. If you encode for one resolution the settings wheel will still be there except it will show the one resolution you encoded for..

Yes, upload is working now. But Videos still need 30-40 seconds to start playing
Caused by video's being on old server. There is only about 40% of videos still on old server, I've requested programming team to move your remaining video's over to new server first when they start back up tomorrow.

Although the option for choosing two video clarity is now fixed, the default thumbnail selection of the first image seems to have crashed, displaying a black back ground instead on the video player.

Based off user request we
My videos don't generate random thumbnails. They only show the first frame of the video as a thumbnail.

Based on user request we changed auto thumbnail generation to create a thumbnail based off 1st image shown in the first 1-3 seconds of video. (This was to prevent spoiling score of games) So if video showed black screen in those 3 seconds a black screen thumbnail would be generated. (I'm guessing is probably the cause of issue) What we can probably do (after confirming with programming team), is extend it out to maybe 10 seconds and make it take first image of that Or have a feature an option under video settings that you can click to make thumbnail random. Let me know which option is more suitable for you.

@monsterhunter32 it's possible get direct url of your host? I've my own video player with their functions and url encode with hash, but i need the direct url to get the stream

Click the edit icon of the video you wish to take the link from. Go down to embed default and choose "directlink" from the options (directlink, shortlink, embed link, embed code, html image, and html w/text)

Note: To get your entire libraries link, click the edit icon next to the check mark on the top of your library, this will open a pop-up that allows quick transfer of the codes for all your video's that have been check marked in your library.

slow uploading...
my speed 1 gb but if i want upload 1gb file i take long time ( 30 min )

How long is your video? Generally we look to see total upload time which includes encoding to be no longer than the total length of your video especially if your encoding for multiple resolutions. I'll talk with programming team.
