1. Clickaine has been added to our advertisment list which means you can add clickaine ads to your video to earn money. On your dashboard go to Advertisments <Clickaine to add in zone id
2. New servers have arrived and we will begin dual server configuration to increase website speed on Monday, we will let you know when configuration is complete and thanks for your patients....

1. What error message are you getting for custom thumbnail.
2. Currently don't have option for exoclick.com ads, but have forwarded task to programming team to add this advertisement network to our preferred list. (Will keep you updated)

1. Try adding custom thumbnail again. We think you may have pressed save before image uploaded. We changed it so that the save button is greyed out until image uploads.
2. We will add feature that allows you to put add anywhere within video

hmm...what error message are you getting we've checked on all browsers but couldn't recreate problem. Also pm me your username or email and we can take a closer look into your account. Current system automatically generates thumbnail as well as gives you the option to edit thumbnail

On your dashboard next to the check mark you will see an edit icon. Click that icon and you will see a pop-up containing the embeded code of all video's you have check marked. You can remove the title and just have the code by clicking the check mark that says "Show all embed without Title"....Hope that helps

No matter what combo of settings one selects for encoding all you get is 360,420. Have not had one file with 1080 0n down out of 400gb.To embarrassed to post to many. Also how about file size info. Remote upload lacks function. Standard remote up should be able to add 50 links and walk away. Remote transfer from many sites like openload and googdocs seems standard on many sites .

Thank you for your honest feedback we will strive to do better by you and all members.

Issues:
1. Website Slow: Upper Management has heard your cries and are pushing programming team to get the dual server set up done as quickly as possible. Normally programming team has the day off on Sunday, but are working through the weekend to have things set up for next week. (Also looking to hire a specialist to help manage the servers better so that we can have this issue fixed permanently )
2.Encoding Resolution: Programming team made a few adjustments to try increase video resolution and plan to do more once new server set up is complete. Currently the video quality uploaded is based off the quality of the video you've uploaded. Meaning if you upload 1080p it will encode 1080, 720, 480 ect... if you upload 720p it will encode 720, 480 ect... Currently can't make a 480p video a 1080p video
3. Remote Upload: Once server set up is complete programming team can start working on upgrading this portion of the website.

Our core is video hosting so we know how important speed and video quality is to everyone, and it doesn't matter how many features we add if we can't get these two things right. Continue to let us know when we are not performing up to standard. I promise your criticisms and suggestions are not falling on deaf ears.

Upload has been disabled for server migration. Should be re-enabled in a few hours.

Update:
1. Finished server configuration and you should see a slight increase in speed.
2. Hired a server specialist and had a 2 hour meeting with them today, at which time they provided us much insight on what we were doing wrong with managing and our choice of servers. They gave us plenty of options on how we can improve speed, and tomorrow we will be finalizing plans on what we will be doing going forward.

I'll be sure to keep everyone updated, and hopefully with our new hire we can put this speed issue to rest.
