Of course not, and that's not the point.... But i know Cloudflare would not send you 70.000 DMCA notices ever, if you're saying that you got 70.000 DMCA's from Cloudlfare, then you're obviously not being honest.
They would have given your real host IP instead way before that, it's right their in their TOS and i've seen it happen multiple times. A site without contact methods, they will hand it over almost instantly.

Anyway the point is, that you cannot run a site like this on the scale you're stating, without getting links crawled and reported by anti-piracy bots to Lumen and other databases... It's virtually impossible.

Either you are greatly exaggerating, and not being honest, or you're somehow the only one in the world to escape Lumen with this kind of content.
My million dollar bet is on option 1.
Our IP address has been provided to the DMCA companies already as you see here by CloudFlare: https://gyazo.com/11b70054957219503fc485a088d02adc

And we have faced a lot of DDos attacks that most of our users know about, and we didn't give up. Since a couple of weeks, some of these DMCA agents signed up in our service and uploaded more than 150 TB files to harm our resources just to force us to delete an episode of (The Walking Dead - TV Show), but we didn't give up and the episode still alive in our service.

However, the reason why these companies is not able to take us down is the complicated system we use to deliver the content which lead you to Online.net and OVH.com server like we're using them as a storage and streaming servers but the in the hidden system we're using servers that is loacted in Qatar provided by Ooredoo. Oredoo does not act to any DMCA report as DMCA is not applied in Qatar.

However, they tried so many times to take our Online.net and OVH.com server down and they did, but we didn't lose any files because these Online.net and OVH.com servers are working like CDN, so the content actually not stored by them.

However, I am not here to explain how my system work to you because it's not the point but I want to let you know that they know our IP's and servers providers, and it's not enough to take us down. You may ask any of our users since when we're working with them and how did we protect them from DMCA. Some users faced an issue that all of their contents has been deleted in all video hosting's and shocked how GO Unlimited still has their content.

Warm Regards,
Nasser Al-Sharaf.

Thank you very much for the explanation, i didn't quote the rest of your post for security reasons, and you should probably delete it too ASAP.

By the way, I wasn't questioning that you can do DMCA ignorance, that's pretty easy, and you seem to know how to do it the right way ;) My question was solely about the statement on 70.000 DMCA notices, and barely any on Lumen and other public databases for the old domain. Gounlimited has plenty of notices.
It's really not that important, but SemiRetired did have a point, and his questions did not call for offense in return, that's why i picked it up, and tried to explain better what he was trying to ask you.

Thank you so much for helping us to avoid spam and resources abuseres. I really appreciate it.

However, let we give him a chance, don’t you agree? If he didn’t gained a reasonable amount of views within 7 days, it will be the right choice blocking him then.

My answer was very detailed because you said:
But i know Cloudflare would not send you 70.000 DMCA notices ever, if you're saying that you got 70.000 DMCA's from Cloudlfare, then you're obviously not being honest.
Which means that I am lying but you point to it in another language.

I were providing you with details that prove we're receiving a lot of DMCA reports that isn't registered in Lumen, so I think my answer was in it's right place. If you check your last comment and the one before you will see a huge different in the way you're talking, you became a nice guy now after we have provided you with the details that prove we're not lying, after you were talking rudely in this comment:

Nah, i thanked for the explanation of your system.
No one asked for proof of cloudflare DMCA, i already said stated that was what happened in my first comment, besides a single report doesn't prove anything.

The whole question was to how you could have a site on the scale you stated your old one was, and virtually be hidden from Lumen & other public databases. That was what SemiRetired asked, and what i was rephrasing, as i too thought it sounded dodgy, especially after your responses to him.
Questioning wild claims without proof is never rude, and i still stand by my statements, Cloudflare would never forward you 70.000 reports in a year.

GoUnlimited,

Fyi, CloudFlare does not forward your IP to the complaining party. They forward the complaint + your IP to your hoster, and reply back to the complainant giving them only your hoster's abuse@address.

However it seems you still don't get it:
In 2017 your site had almost no traffic, though you were able to hide from Google and search-engines (and DMCA bots?).
Despite this, you still received 145 DMCAs each day.

No one denies you receive a lot of DMCAs which are not in lumen. But you claim you ONLY receives DMCAs which are not in Lumen.
The point is, even though your links couldn't be found thru Google, some of your links would still have been submitted to Google for removal, because DMCA bots/people are not perfect!
Your users are also not perfect. Even though your rules may state this and that, it's highly likely that some of your users don't read them or follow them, and post a directlink on a forum which will be found by bots.
But you only had two hits in Lumen.

Now imagine if you weren't able to hide from Google and search-engines, and also other DMCA bots would have found your links. You would probably have received twice as many DMCAs per day (290 pr day)? I don't know what the upload:dmca ratio, but let's be very nice and say it's 1:30 (an unlikely number). One dmca for every 30 video upload. 290 dmcas per means 8.700 videos uploaded per day, which is 3.175.000 uploaded videos pr year. Even with your current stat (145 dmcas pr day), it would be more than 1.5 million uploaded videos per year.

Nothing implausible with this, but a site of this size would leave some traces.

I think I have provided you with enough informations. It’s your choice to believe what we did tell you or not, but it’s more than rude to say that we’re not honest, and don’t expect us to reply nicely then. ;)

...but you haven't really provided any info. Instead you have spent your time questioning my mental health.

But here's a question though;
Just curious: With your registration at WJ I assume it's safe to say both your traffic and incoming DMCAs have increased. How many DMCAs have you ignored the first half of 2018?

If you did visit our website, you will know that each new registration need to be confirmed from us, which mean no one can use his account normally till we allow him to do that. However, my answer is: our results did not increaseed that much as most of the users who did register from WJ wasn’t able to get our confirmation as they weren’t matching our requirement.

We received more than 200/daily this week while we only received 30-50/daily last week. It’s not a stable number to say if it has been increased or not. I can say we can hit a new score this year due to the reparation we gained this year.
