In true not understand begin a service good and after this is bad
my visitors liked the speed of 2 mbps as before, and could resume the downloads, now you remove it.

We'll consider 1mbps download speed and set timer to 25 sec, but download resuming will be fixed in some time. Page is still being worked on and everything will keep being better.

If you want less to no limits consider premium account :)

Ok I am Happy for this asnwer
but no can begin a service with a excellent speed (2 mbps) and after reduce to 600 kbps
other point no count the downloads incomplete is a error, because if the energy electric is cut, would count
in our countries of latin america this is normal.
do changes for good no for bad

Not counting incomplete downloads is a downside that is an effect of extending our rates per size, which are, as i have seen in stats, more profitable. For files uploaders it's more profit. We will try to make incomplete downloads at least counted as the smallest.

Also problems with electricity are not our problem, so if download is interrupted by energy shortage we can't help it.

I am happy that you countries are add for this reason also question why the countries that please I mention no are add.

Other point of 2 mbps download speed in free users now only 300 kbps with IDM (internet download manager) this is bad speed very slow for download files od more 200 MB look:

Our download speed for free users is set to 1mbps, so if your speed is lower, that is caused by your ISP low speed. We cannot do anything about that.

On our side speed and stop/start working fine. We are not jdownloader support, we can't provide help if you have problems with this software

Many visitor of my post they complain because you recaptcha he forces them up to 15 times
mark the images and in the end if you make a mistake in 1 block the recaptcha, please fix this error
better put letters and not images, that has lowered my traffic in downloads.
other point the downloads with a RDP never up to 500 kbps and this file download many users else no up to 300 kbps

You do not understand my point. This picture will not help me solve the problem. If I have no idea where the file is being downloaded from. Needs at least a location and preferably an IP to verify the problem.
Also, did this person have the same problem without using additional software?

and are all the files
2 mbps to 250k = :cry:
before with a RDP = 6 mbps and up maybe more
today = 250-300k = with RDP and without RDP
