Please remove the 46 seconds adult ads video on the player, it's disgusting on anime site with young people.
Every time visitors want to watch an anime on openload player they first have to watch 46 seconds of a porn ads, and there is no way for them to close it. You have to watch it.
 
Exactly, paypal payments take up more and more time these days - even up to a week.
They should change the company that deals with payments, because apparently they can not cope.
 
The paypal company works from Monday to Friday and rests on saturday & sunday,that's why payment is slow.
Withdraw your funds from Monday to Thursday,You will receive payment soon.
 
Paypal payments are handled daily and in real time, money is sent and received every day, it is not a bank that closes at the weekend.
I recieve payments from other hosts in weekends as well and recieved it from openload in the past. Besides, I've requested my payment on Wednesday and it's still pending.

I know that I will receive my payment, it's not a doubt, but I chose openload to receive it quickly within promised 24-hours, which in fact, is no longer valid. That's why I'm requesting payments in advance to get them before the weekend because I know they have delays and yet they are not able to process it.

well, its written in the "Pay per download program detail"

number 2. Requested payouts are processed within 24 hours.

so it means they process it within 24hrs hrs. they dont mention they cant process weekends or saturday, sunday..quite misleading...

well, i understand and i can still wait if no payment process in weekends...

Hi Guys,

sorry for the confusion. Most of payment methods are cleared daily. Paypal can lead up to delays due to various circumstances.
We are aiming to speed to speed the payment process up anyway. I will keep you updated.

we are working on removal of various ads, those ones included.

Hello marcel
i got some issue in my account. inactive files i am not able to get second page. in pagination it shows page number 2. But it shows same data as page number 1.
Please check this issue. i checked some of my files got deleted because of this issue without my knowledge.

when i can request a premium account. please check my account if i am eligible at this stage or i have to wait more.
