I have no problems with sales + rebills.

In March I had 34 rebills and only 1 VOID transaction and 78 Sales of various durations.

I also use Rapidgator (because of truly unlimited storage space) but the sales & rebills there absolutely dont compare ... They offer higher DL volume and that means downloaders dont need to buy i.e 2 premium accounts instead of 1, and with high download limit many "multi download" programs slows down premium sales.

So let's say I am in USA and you decide to shave 75% of all sales outside USA for example. I can make as many "test purchases" as I want and it will show as counted however you would still be able to shave. This is just an example I'm sure there are many ways you can cheat affiliates. But in general statistics (downloads go up - sales go to zero?!?!) don't lie.

@tomislav2634 This download limit serves as protection tool from various leechers, account sharers and various other cheaters. If any user needs this limit reset, he can always contact our support and they will happy to help. By the way, we have improved situation with limit before and plan to do that again in the future.

@snowr19 If your sales are not so good as sales of other partners, you have much better way to contact webmasters manager and get help to improve your results. Or let us know your username and we can do this here. It's the best way for partners who want to make money. But you act like your goal is another. So, it's up to you to make money and find a way to improve sales or do other things with other results.

As we said before, sales depend on a lot of factors, your content most of all, traffic sources, file sizes, posting methods, etc. Anyway, you can always contact webmasters support to get help and we will try to find ways to improve your results.
 
Every one file hoster cheating and shaving, thats a fact.
Just a simple question for you MaxFJ or any other file hoster representative, does every file hoster script have an option in it to turn on shaving? :)

No any other proof needed.

@kasika We are unable to know every script or how every file host works. We are focused on our service and any partner can check and make sure that we count everything properly. That's a fact.
 
MaxFJ, you can put a "live track sales" feature like luckyshare had in the past.
Trust me, this option is the best way for an affiliate to monitor in real time when a user is trying to buy premium from his links. And after this, nobody will complain for shaving etc

Why don't you add it since you count all sales? I dont think it is not possible by technical terms.

Every affiliate will see in real time when a user tries to buy premium from his links and in this way nobody will be able to doubt.

Please add this.

@kasika wht you trying to do ? if fj cheat as your point of view move to other host its simple as that why you blame filehost other parterns know wht they doing no need to tel here mov to other host and find your correct earnings
 
probably most filehosts will cheat at one time. the shaving script is readily available for some filehosts like Xfilesharing script from Sibsoft.

but anyway I won't believe any filehosts are shaving without solid proof. all these accusations are nonsense like those who constantly crying of shaving in other filehost topics like Rapidgator, Keep2share, Nitroflare, etc :joy:

many times I said this, go buy premium account and record the whole processes and then upload it here, then only I will believe if they are shaving. :point_left:

You are right. That's what any partner can do and make sure that we count everything properly.

No it's not. If they say 60% or sales, you get 60% of sales. I worked with Filesonic, Fileserve, Novafile, Nitroflare and Uploadgig, and they never had hidden fees. You must mention this fee of 2$, otherwise, who knows what else might be "default".
 
@uelbek Most likely their users pay this fee, but our approach has a positive effect for the sales. Anyway, you can always contact webmasters manager to get help or answers to your questions.

By the way, "track sales" option is available for some VIP partners. We are testing it now and maybe this option will be available for more partners in the future.
