Many posts in my blog not indexed by google why?

Hello,
I have 3 years old blog and i have around 13k posts in my blog. I remember in first year i have around 7-8k posts and google indexed around 6k now after 3 years i have 13k posts and google index 3.5k.. why is that? Why mo posts increase and google not index my posts.
I try couple different plugins for sitemap but no results i try couple times to resubmit map but no results.. what can i do in this case ?

@minix It is because of Google policy, Google has tied-up with many countries now against piracy and copyright content links, if you are seeing some kind of message in your search console - thats messages shows you which of your links are removed from google search engine,
if you have not received any message - than you should check any plugin or mods which you have applied on your site may conflict with your SEO strategies
