From my experience, If you don't get your demands in Wjunction, I doubt if someone else can offer you this.
WJ has cheapest sellers out there. (Pricing cheap i meant)

Our servers are very fast, we have multiple locations and only ssd storage. Because you asked for RDP, I assume you need Windows OS , which is working great on our infrastructure, we have a windows server 2012 template but you can also upload your own iso and install what OS you want to use.

I'd personally recommend CoinRDP.com since I'm currently using their service. Good support, and most importantly is that the servers are not abused. It's a common experience I had in the past that cheap RDPs are either oversold, filled with resource abusers, poorly maintained, bad support, or all of the above. CoinRDP gives you a service worthy of what you pay for, especially for me who needs an RDP that doesn't reboot randomly every other day or lags most of the time.
