Hi guys. Sorry for my bad english. My account was permanently blocked and before I can request a payment it is required to undergo a dual authentication. If I enter my phone number, can I have problems with law enforcement agencies and rights holders? Is it safe? Thanks

when I want to request for payment by clicking on Verify Via SMS there is no link for directing me ....They said Its about Ad-Blocker but It doesn't....Is there anybody to had this issue?

They are liers. For 24 hours I sent them ticket and they sometimes answwred and every time they made some funny excuse for this problem...

They don't want pay to customers and made such a ridiculous trick....You can't request payment because they Unlink Verify Via sms Button (Blue button after click on your account balance to recieve sms) and sometime they said you have Ad-Block ,sometime they said Its fine we did it from our side and some bullshit and stuipid lies...

who knows the reason why ul.to does not send a verification code for two-tier authentication?

This is my problem too..I sent them ticket for 2 days and still there is no result...They played me in last 2 days ...

I thinks every user that have this problem sent them ticket maybe they do something and stop lying and tricks.

I have a slightly different situation. After my account was blocked, I requested payment. They demanded proof, I didn't send them anything. Then in my account there was an inscription about the need for double authentication before I can re-request payment. Now I'm trying to link the number to my account, but the SMS does not come..

Anyway 2 authentication doesn't work because Blu button (Verify Via SMS ) is not linked, Its just a icon that unlinking..

I entered the number, the button works, but the message never arrives. I think this is a fraud and ul.to just ignores my account.

I think depends on what files you have uploaded..
if they receive law order to give up your ass dont worry they will do right away.. like every one else.

WME checked from 28/01/2018 and still waiting for payment

Sorry for my bad english...I wonder why they dont want to fix my problem...I can't use sms verification code even I can't edit or delete my phone number...

3 days more than 30 ticket I sent and every time they bring me some excuse or how they act that you think they are unaware....Now they stop answering me...such a bad bad and bad support...

Answer is simple, don't use them. It's time for UL to go to history.

got payed very quickly on my bank account. Funny thing is they payed me the whole 50 euros.
just don't have too much CCs...

Rapidgator gave me one year full option account to keeping me and just see uploaded that refuse to do its job for me as a customer...

Its 5 days and I sent more than 50 ticket for uploaded to fix my sms verification and in their limited answers Every time they made a new excuse and see their last excuse::

I gave them screenshot 5 times about errors when I want to remove or edit phone number but they refuse...Every times they made new excuse and when I follow their excuse ,they made a new one...and this is continue...

They are website owner Every problem and error in uploaded website is on them and they have to fix it but they refuses becuase they are don't give a shit about their customers...

This shows uploaded is in last breaths because they don't care about their users...Uploaded already dead Don't waste your time in uploaded because soon you have a problem and that's The End....
