Please reply my ticket, I receive 3 times overdue notice. Without your reply I can not pay you. I am ready for another 3 months.

I agree that the invoice has not been marked paid but your RDP details was sent to you via mail. Looks like there was system issues and the info didn't you.
As you have already ordered another RDP from hostdzire, we can go ahead and issue a refund if you would like.

However, we have sent you the RDP login once again via ticket. Kindly check it once, if you would to continue, let us know.

Can you please explain why i get invoice payment in EUR now and not in USD? I always paid 10.47 USD and now i got an invoice with 10.47 EUR. This is a price increase

Nope, price didn't increase. There's some issues with billing system. We are working on fixing that.
 
pankaj, I have received a payment invoice. Its once again for 10.47 EUR instead of USD and the extra I paid for last invoice isnt automatically applied in the current invoice
 
Instantrdp is really poor service. RDP dead and make ticket. No reply. Even they don’t support in good manner. I surely looking for another service.

Even they bill in Euro not in USD.
