Why my files are getting deleted without warning by email? Is it normal?

I can only see that it was deleted if I see the warning in the bin, and I need to manually restore and get a new embed code for every video.

Hello,
We notify about deletion of files which we receive DMCA abuse.
If you did not have warning, it means that deleted files were the files without views.
 
Dear partners,

Because of the current situation in Ads market and oncoming changes in Google Chrome browser, which will block advertisement, especially popups, Advertising Networks greatly reduced CPM for all countries. So we are forced to make some changes in our service.

You know that we keep our service and pay our partners due to advertisement income. So we strongly depend on Ads market.

We need to take the following steps to keep and maintain our service in this hard time.

So for current time we reduce a little our rates:

New Tier 1 = $33.0
New Tier 2 = $22.0
New Tier 3 = $11.0
New Tier 4 = $5.5
New Tier 5 = $2.5

Also as we will have much lower income because of blocking ads, we need to reduce the duration for storage of files without views. Because the cost for servers are enough high and we need to provide storage space all partners.

From now files without views will be kept 50 days for premium partners and 25 days for registered partners.

We are working on possible ways to bypass the blocking of ads on our service and we are negotiating with advertising networks for the return of our CPM to the previous values. Moreover we will test other possible ads formats.

We hope for your understanding.

To me (Tier 4), Imposible to keep woking with these rates... Was already very difficult before.

I'm sorry but this is kind of cheating. Google has done nothing yet to your ads, you don't even know if indeed they will block your ads but you have already reduce our rates. That's not fair !

Fixed bugs:

Hello,
Yes, Google Chrome has not done yet anything the ads, but they will do it and they are warning about it.
But Ads Nets has already reduced their CPM, That's the reason why our rates were reduced now.
