People download a lot of files for free every day. Seems, it's just a particular case. If some users have some issues, they can contact our support and clarify the problem in details, then we will be able to check and help.

We use default dynamic fee for 25 blocks range. We do not keep it for ourselves. We use automated software that calculated fee automatically. Before bitcoin fees got crazy we used to pay for it ourselves. Since they are too expansive now, we can't and we warned everybody. If it's too much for you to handle, you can always choose Webmoney, they are free.

You could just remind manager to extend premium a few days before it ends. We can extend it for free for working partners. Also, you are able to extend premium yourself using your balance, if you want. Check your PM, please!

Yes, we can think, but just to remind you, that we have Webmoney as a payment method. They are free and simple to exchange to other payment systems.
