I joined the comments, I started from June this year to upload files with filefactory and I stopped in September because they have not paid anything, I owe about 600 usd, I think it is a cheeky scam and then it should not be so with the users, which I am sad and indignant since I live to upload files ... :(:'(:'(:'(:'(:'(:'(:'(:'(
 
I've worked with FileFactory for over 4 years now. There were many times where they were late by 4+ months. They owe me over 1k USD and I'm not worried at all, I have hopes that they will pay. Of course nothing is certain, I would just refrain from trashing on the filehost until it's proven that they're running away.

For reference, last year around this time they didn't pay me from Aug to Nov. It's always around this time they have big delays with payments.
 
Been with them over 2 months - known about customers signing up though our premium links, and are balance never went up. Emailed them about this and they said everything is working fine. Then emailed a couple members, one said he signed up for a year last week - he showed me the conf. email. I checked he did it through our affilate links, he assured me he did... no commish! They're ripping affiliates off!

nobody is gonna believe it. record screen the whole process then upload it here/youtube then only it will be a valid claim.
 
payments pending from july

All my payments pendig from july. (31.07 ; 30.08 ; 26:09)

I saw a warning about the date of the order of payments and therefore waited.(To ensure prompt payment please make your final payment request two days before the end of the month. )
Payment for September was ordered in advance and also not received. Support service does not answer my questions
 
Filefactory is dead like Uploaded, Rapidgator, Nitroflare and so on ..
They're dead, as soon as you understand it it'll be better for you :)
Start with new filehost like me and hope for better results :)
