)One of the main reasons for disallowing pornographic uploads is that it almost certainly links to pirated content. And to address your second point, minimum of $10 is a reasonable amount for payouts. Although having a full-time developer and systems administrator on board, we're very flexible and reasonable about change, so please let me know your demands, requirements and suggestions.
