The story is : .....

From begining, they contact us to ask about reseller. And he agreed to put us by CC button and Paypal button.

We had a deal, he will give us pre-payment for $100.

But the last payment, he requested us to deposit full payment, $500 ($100 per time)

Now, he dropped our button down and replace by another.

And we want to get back our money, but he didnt agree, and said there is no refund in policy. That is not good.

WHAT DO YOU THINK NOW?

I only think, he called fund from us in legal way. His service is small, he can run away anytime.....

WHAT SHOULD WE DO ?

May be i am wrong, but i need to get some advices to do some activities on next 24 hours.

Taking a dispute like this public under the cover of 'advice requested' is exactly why you are unsuitable to become the primary or exclusive reseller on any file host. Rather than resolving the issue amicably you start tarnishing a file host´s reputation. You wanted a monopoly, got denied as this was never agreed upon in the first place.

For those wondering, this reseller requested removal of other resellers active on our file host. We were unwilling to do so because we want to offer people freedom of choice.

This is unprofessional and childish behavior and undeserving of any further attention.
 
That is unprofessional and childish behavior, i was going with you first, and then you dropped us down below another, while our prices are better more than.
That is not our fault, what is it ? Is it in first deal ?

quite a nice filehost. if you get accepted you can make good money with them.

btw: I'm not working with them... a friend of mine showed me his statistics.
