We can not be responsible for compliance of rules of the third-party sites. If you were banned because you uploaded too short video - then you need to communicate with the administrator of the forum. If you were banned for malocious advertising on our player, we need your IP address, where you posted the player, the description of the advertisement and the date when you saw it. We will write a complaint in the ad network and this advertiser will be punished.

Colombia,Mexico and Spain = Tier 4 no Tier 3. my count details it, my visitors Are from these countries.
