On each file stat you can find the view earnings tab there you can see all the stats of file downloads/view and the earnings, further you can view the content monetization page to check your daily earnings.

avi videos get play after encoding get done. all the other most video formats are directly playable.

On account edit you will find the wmz and btc field for putting your payment info after filling the payment details you will be able to find the request payment button on content monetization page. Let me know if you need any further help. Thanks
