BigFile's vacations match Hong Kong holidays. It's the only region that people have vacations during Ching Ming Festival, Easter, New Year's Day and Lunar New Year. There are not any holidays in March. It indicates they are going to run away.
When they started limited 10TB lifetime storage, it became pre-fail project. When they limited free download speed in a specific time range, they lost Eastern users because the range covers their whole night. And the project is completely failed. In addition, they chose the datacenter which has bad international connectivity excepts for a few Europe countries. Furthermore, their software infrastructure so amature that it cannot offer ideal download speed for premium users, and they wouldn't want to fix it. Nevertheless, to cancel their premium subscriptions is so hard that downloaders don't want to pay them directly. Finally, it's the end of BigFile, and no wonder.

I was actually at a wedding 
no one else handles the thread hence the non response. I am allowed holiday sometimes guys :D
