Dedicated Dedicated Server for Uploading 2-4GBPS min.75-100TB Traffic

Hello I search a server with 2-4GBPS Network Port and about 100TB Traffic per month.

So 10GBPS Port is to expensive for me at the moment so I can't pay 300€ and more and this is why I search a Server with 2-4 GBPS

CPU should be: E3-1240 or more

SSD: 2x 120GB SSD
Ram: 8-16GB

OS: Ubuntu 14.04 64 Bit

Location should be europe (netherland is good)

budget is about 160€
