which country, how much downlad with the same ip, how much download from proxy servers...
your table it is not realistic, its lot depends, eg not completed download, proxy servers, limited count download from the same ip per day, ad blocker etc.... this is what you put is all your download, how much of it is faulty... unfortunately thay no have the full statistics but if they have would look like this:
Upload Hosters who counted all Downloads will no display those who are incorrect and there will be shown less download number, it is the difference in most uploading hosting providers statistics ..

the only thing I got from uploadocean was a premium account because I have a lot Download, in the same way I got the premium and at uploadrocket and uploading.site...
