My instagram account is hacked

Hello, yesterday I lost my instagram account. I was trying to log in, but without success... When I try to reset my password I saw different mail address. Later my account profile picture was changed, now my account is gone. I contact with the support, they send me mail to where I need to show them hand-written code, but now several hours later with no answer. Ssomeone else have same problem? What I need to do to back my account again? Is my phone secure for use? How I was hacked?! Any help will be appreciated.

Two days and no response from Instagram?! This is not serious..

I already did this... Waiting for response 3 days... than they activate my account again, but with password and mail of the hacker... I still can't log in. And the worst is someone use my account. I write them again, but no answer from them. 7 days and still waiting... I'm very disappointed from instagram...
 
whos the creator of your account, in this situation, someone who access your mail , could reset password, and now on you cant find it because the username changed , i have some profile with 10 or 20 k profile that are not signed in ! , no answer ! make some profit , gave them your last direct message and email address , when you get back verify it
 
Account is mine, but someone has stole from me, change email addres and password, when I try to back my account via 'forgoten password' I see the email is changed. The strange thins is my email is not hacked. The profile is 2-3 days active and than is deactivated, I think someone who use it spam with messages and than Instagram banned the account. The username is not changed, just email and password. Today receive response from Instagram and again same thing... They just activate my account, but I can't log in because the password and email are changed.

Instagram just replay like robots...

I am sorry but as far as I am seeing now its difficult to retain your account back. As the email id has already been changed so you cant control it anymore. I know how frustrating it must be to see reply from Instagram.
 
Yeah, it's hard to communicate with them, but finally from 4-5 attempts I back my account again! But I'm still curious how I was hacked... My email is good, my pc is good, my phone is good, by good I mean no virus... The only think what I lost was my instagram account. To recover my acc they want from me to: "Log out of any Instagram account you may be logged into on your computer, phone or tablet." and click over the link in my email, how to be sure the hacker is not log in?! I don't get it. Anyway, for now I'm fine.
 
My instagram is hacked again... at least this time I back it again fast, cuz the hacker didn't change my mail... Instagram security is shit.
 
Make sure to have a strong password now, use mix of numbers, letters and special characters.
I'm not sure if there is a security option on instagram but if there is any then make sure to have one.
