Dont have any idea about their services. Just check with Best DMCA Friendly Hosting Services. Russia Location is best for warez hosting. Some hosts do not allow Warez hosting, some allow only warez linking. check with their sales team.

Azure has very reliable services.Please look at SLA on webhosting. You'll get 10% refund if availability drops bellow 99.95% and 25% if bellow 99%.
But the problem is that they do not allow any shady stuff like warez. You'll end up losing your data without possibility to get it back.

I have used Azure on one of the projects at work and it is very good. Especially databases work crazy fast.
On the other hand it can very pricey. It depends on how many users will visit your site, database size...
 
Don't try this with Azure. I don't think they'll stop to a simple takedown if they receive a DMCA.

And actually do not host something like this with any host that doesn't explicitly say that they allow such content.
 
Well i don't think so, they will suspend your server without any notification.
Or may be they will any other legal action against you.
