Tell me how much time takes to google crawls a website?
My websites not crawls last 8 days. Is it normal or too long?

It depends on your website, your location, your industry. Normally, It takes your from some days to some weeks to crawl a website. In my case, when I launch a new website, I have to wait for 2 months for Google crawl my website. You can speed up the rate by crawling manually.

Have you made some changes on your site, if not then just observe for a few more days.
If you have made some changes then you can just manually submit it through search console.

I have a new site in page 6 and it takes 1 day or so to be recrawled.
If you have site in page 1, it will take only a few hours (event few minutes is possible if you have a very popular site)

On my cache page it shows after every 2days. My site got indexed last 13th and then the 15th.

Submit your sitemap to Google Webmaster Tools. You can also try to ping your website should help in faster indexing.

So after reading this topic, I concluded that whenever I change or post anything on my site I should issue a new site map and submit to G search console manually to get fast crawled. Thanks guy.

I'm confused with the ping back. Now researching.

When I create a new website or make changes in an old one I usually see they crawl it within 24 hours.

It depends. I have one website indexed within 10 minutes after launching. The most important factor is the quality of the website. Create high-quality website and submit a sitemap in GWMT and your site should be indexed pretty quickly.
