Google indexed my sites:

is it possible to disallow this in all in one seo pack ?

no - the sites...
google should only index the content and not the sites

hmmm Unfortunately ask still not solved ... can anybody help me ?
i think it makes duplicate content @ google ?
 
You have the number in your actual title on the page.

so page 12 will have a 12 on it.

check in your seo plugin if there's a way to remove the pagination number. if not, you may have to comment it out of the template by hand.
 
use google webmaster

use google webmaster and submit sitemap. and which page u dont want index use robot.txt

What CMS is this? Have you tried SEO Friendly URL Mod if this is infact a CMS which I think it is. Cause if it were static pages, then you could simply remove the id #.
