there is nothing called best, but that depends how we take the things.

if somebody asked me this question means, i recommend 3 choices

Choice 1 (i need only money) :
if you want more money and less users want to download (for PPD) use terafile, there rate is high but download speed is very low (less than 100 kbps)

Choice 2 : (need money + need to satisfy downloaders)
this is optimal choice, because kingfiles pay weekly in wemoney (don't use payza or paypal), and good affilaite rate :)
+ 1.2 mbps free user download speed


Choice 3 (just want free users satisfaction, good speed, and affilaite please) :
filesfrog.

they give some 10 mbps free user speed and nice affilaite rate, but they have some problem in payment, so better check their thread and decide.
but they pay and admin is trusted guy :)

I wouldn't say Kingfiles rate is good. Max is 12$ after all that makes 0.012 per.

Didn't in fact know about TF's shit speed. Might very well be why my clients don't use it very much.

Is there a choice with TF's rates but KF's speed? Thanks!
 
I started to use kingfiles I got many complaints about virus in link !!!
some admin tell me to stop to host in this site or get banned
 
trusted filehosts like rapidgator and uploaded have very bad PPD it's impossible to work with them
I don't tried terafile, it's good ?
 
before you choose the host... visit the famous forums and their rules..
choose the best from what they allow...

the common allowed host file in forums are

  • depositfiles.com
  • fileboom.me / fboom.me
  • keep2share.cc
  • mediafire.com
  • mega.co.nz
  • rapidgator.net
  • rapidshare.com
  • terafile.co


so now choose one... if you really want to have much PPD and PPS ...
about if they pay good ... I don't know

LOL! Some file hosting does not have an affiliate program.
 
Well, like you said, it really depends on what constitutes 'best'

If you want to have a happy user base where the site does not have all the irritating pop-up ads, malware ads, and also have the assurance that you get paid every week, then I would say go for www.themediastorage.com
One of the longest PPD program since 2010 :)
