improving ranking takes time, every change you make and every method you use (backlinks etc') takes more than a few days to take effect.
 
You could get some SEO Service to work for you and improve it.
But make sure you have all meta data like keywords and discription
 
It is totally depends on you web site metas. It is not sure to improve ranking in 5 days. original result seen after 1 month. 5 days are too short for improve ranking.

There is no shortcut in improving your website`s ranking. SEO takes time. There are some black hat methods that will help you improve your ranking faster, but they will eventually get your site deindexed.
If someone promises you a page 1 ranking in just a week, don`t listen to them, they will do more harm than good to your website
