Download Speed : Great
Upload Speed : Good ( Some times depends on the host you upload )
Rar/unrar Spped : Good ( When using store mode )
Support Ticket : Awesome ( i.e Faster support )

I am happy with the service provided by hostqwik and i am currently using Startup Rdp 2 Plan.

I am in 2nd day using their Encoding RDP. Down/Upload speed, RAR speed and the whole RDP working pretty good. The support person always in Skype.

Currently not many users in my RDP so hoping all goes smoothly in coming days too.

All in all, happy with this service and the price I paid for it. Thank you HostQWIK. :)

I have problem with them, I tested encoding acc, dl / up speeds for servers that I use was terrible, also encoding was too slow for my config, so I created ticket, they moved me to other server, same story there, I answered in ticket that I want a refund, since their Refund Policy clearly says - "We offer 24 hour full Money back guarantee to those clients who ordered our service without testing demo and were not satisfied with our service". Support guy, yesterday wrote to me that they will refund me same day. Today, still I didnt get my money back, I asked about refund, again, and support guy started same blah, blah, that he will move me to other server, :facepalm: I said, fking hell, no, just give me my money back :hrhr:, we had a deal, lol .... Now, still, waiting for refund....

I bought the Admin Encoding plan a few days ago and I'm statisfied. The support is not anytime very fast, but friendly.
With 30% Coupon the price is very, very good.

The only problem is, that I have to shrink the CPU priority of the encoding proccess, else he's speaking from "abusing cpu".
I don't know why.... But it's called >>encoding<< RDP.

But I have to say: Also, if another user is encoding at the same time, Server is smooth like there is no encoding proccess active!!!
I can recommend it!
