im searching some vps for ca 2€/month
hardware for a small debain will be nice.
located in ukrain etc will be nice
pls no ger, us or nl

You had any issues with ger, nl, us ? nl is usually used as "offshore" (off-the usa)

But question is how many take-down notice they send to your VPS provider..
