payment processor issue was with the transfer of funds to us this has nothing to do with people able to pay for services. There was not an issue with people paying. Sales issue is not due to the payment processor.

We usually process payments within 48 hours depending on when we receive payments from our processor. We have always paid our uploaders and are willing to assist with any issues or any special requests. We have been late the last couple times due to delays from our processor for payment to us. We have just covered this by funding the payments ourselves to help with the delays that we are trying to not have to have anyone wait. We have a new process for payments that we are using that dramatically speeds up the process for us for payments which in turn will speed up the process for payouts. Sorry guys for the delay I am processing all payouts tomorrow and the future payouts will be much faster, my apologies for the hiccup here.

the fees we charge are usually under 2% which is very very inexpensive compared to what we cloudshares.net pay for service fees for payments, and transfers which is 5+ times the amount we charge. We are always trying to find less expensive ways so we can pass on the savings. At 65 - 75% payouts to everyone for all sales and renewals we feel the approximate 2% charge is fair. Cloudshares profits approximately 17% off the sales for premium accounts which goes towards server costs.
