There was a DNS issue with our registrar and still may be affecting certain parts of the globe. We just tested and things were ok but this was a test from Canada. Our registrar is aware of the issue and working on a solution.

My sales really not count anymore.
I check my reff today and I find 1 premium user (date 9 dec 2015). but it not count.
Proof:
I have 3 active premium reff since I active share your file host november 2015 and all premium account are counted.
But for dec 2015, it is not counted again.

it is because we offered out a 3 day premium account to all free registered users. So we make their account premium for 3 days manually. If they renew then you will be credited when they purchase a premium account. We send out email promotions like this to generate more sales for our users after the 3 day window. This user has 4 hours remaining for Premium left.

We had a 3 day free promotion so users could test out our services. We sent an email promotion out to all free registered users offering the free 3 day promotion. Your users mentioned were only premium for a 3 day time frame in hopes that they renewed their premium subscription with a paid subscription which you would be credited for. Free promotions are not credited as their is no money exchanged. You can see that these users were only premium for 3 days in your account.
Our 3 day promotion seems to be confusing uploaders so for now we will not offer free 3 day premium accounts but rather discounts to premium services as promotions which all uploaders will benefit from.

They should be loading very quick now, there was a backup happening yesterday which may of slowed things down a bit. Please let me know if things are still slow for you.
