I have a host and a domain
i just need somebody to creat a site like i want
i will show you the site design (from another site which is online)
if you can do that site for me ,i will pay 10$ total
my budget is 10$

its easy work for anybody who knows how to create and programming

Don't waste you're time with this guy.
I did this for him; installed WP, put a theme, customized it to fit his needs, when he was satisfied he sent me 5 euro (we agreed on ~10$), even offered him hosting for a month.
Few minutes after the payment he shows me a site and tells me to make his site like that one.

I told him i won't do it unless he pays more and then he started insulting me and my family.

His thread got deleted same with another one he made soon after.

And few days ago he sent me a PM apologizing and asking for help:

PS: just because something is easy for someone doesn't mean he has to do it for free.
