I can not access your website few days ago but I remember my last payment still pending more than 10 days.

Please tell me when you pay me ? :facepalm:

Affiliates, we have some problems that we are in the process of trying to address. Please be assured that this is just a temporary issue and we will be back online soon and affiliate payments will be made as per normal.

Added after 7 Days 13 Hours:

We are pleased to state that we are back online. Apologies once again to all affiliates for the lengthy downtime. Their is a large number of pending payments and these will all be cleared over the coming week.

Thanks to all for your patience during this time. :)

ppdsolution & worldsoftco, as mentioned above all pending payments are in the process of being addressed. A chunk should be cleared over the coming days with the remainder brought up to date next week. We will then be able to get back to our quoted payment turnaround times. :)

Rates reduced because we have made the file host far more attractive for PPD affiliates (zero delays/zero wait times and increased speeds for free users).

waypoint, we are processing pending payments this weekend and over the coming days. We will be fully up to date by this time next week. :)

As mentioned already, many payments have gone out over the past couple of days, more will be going out today and these will follow this week until we are all up to date.

Regarding your account, we have no payment request from you (unless you have registered more than one account with us?). Your last payment from us was sent several weeks ago.

Many payments have gone out over the past week and we are nearly up to date with payments after our downtime. I have no idea why your files have all gone and we already sent you an email about this on Thursday requesting the following -

Hello, you have an outstanding pending payment however we have no details of your traffic sources and files (all deleted?).
Without this information, we are unable to pay you. Please advise.
