None of them. They all don't work with a lot of legitimate businesses like BitCoin traders, File Hosters and more..

Also regarding to user privacy, their verification and re-verification methods including the freezing of funds are imho harassment.
 
In Macedonia, we can't use paypal to withdraw money, we can only pay with it, so i don't use it. That is the reason skrill is better :)
 
I am using Paypal and Skrill. In our country we can not do withdraw on paypal. Only we need to pay with paypay.
Skrill is better for me because I can pay and withdraw money. :)
 
PayPal is the biggest but it sucks. They do random check everytime and then limit it. I just use it to buy domain and hosting.

Now I move to Payza.
 
I can use all these services for payment.I can use Payza and Skrill for send and receive money. Paypal is very bad in my country because I can not receive money. Paypal is the best and the most usable everywhere in the world for buying.
 
My vote will go for paypal with their smart system

my another vote will be for skrill with their nice policies unlike paypal

Payza it's good but no one use it
