Hi Admin,
I have one file uploaded in your site and the File Manger page show it has been downloaded 11 times but at Statistics page has been downloaded 3 times. What is the problem ?
 
Screwface: We could run this test for a week and still not get anywhere with it. It'll prove the same.

We've improved the speed for free users and results have pretty much been unchanged except a little higher earnings for all the PPD users. We're content about it.

chupameelpene: You have a choice of using another host if you're unhappy about our service. No one is making you stay. We do count multiple downloads for the same IP :) Maybe you're just cheating us like some others have been for some time now, making triple figures and not even giving us a single sale (and we know where the downloads are coming from) :)

My friend buy sale my link but not count file more download everyday but not sale it very bad.

I do because customers buy Premium.
 
this is " amazing " you have almost one of the best free download speed 450-500kb/s , its just very hard to cancel 1 download of 400mb in 10-15 minutes and still earnings are going down instead of growing up . Although potential traffic to download files its increasing with 40-50% more . This is just nonsense has no logical answer .

My solution its simple : reduce ppd rates and start count properly ( complete , incomplete downloads , you are still earning money from popups if they cancel a download ) and everybody will be happy .
example : on uploadable from 100 downloads - 20-30 downloads are counted and on DF from 100 downloads - 70-80 downloads are counted ( with 50kb/s speed)...

Anyway congrats for surviving almost 1.5 years and paying .

nguienu: You're right. Blame it on the ones who resold accounts after requesting for a free upgrade without uploading a single file.

coolro: Actually earnings have gone up since we increased the speed by 100 KB/s :). Not sure on the individual case of yours.

When we cut the speed by 4 times for free and anonymous, your earnings didn't drop 4 times, did it? That's as logical as it can be.

And thanks for not doubting us...I'm confident to say you're more happy with a weekly payout than a monthly.

1. Premium downloads are counted once per IP per 24 hours. [A common policy of almost all filehosts.]
2. Uploadable becomes popular, and most people have premium memberships, involving account sharing, renting and debrid services. [A natural phenomenon.]
3. Uploadable doesn't implement the cancellation button so users are prefer to find a reseller. [A trick adopted by Uploadable to decrease/suppress affilates earnings.]

1 + 2 + 3 = uploaders usually see that almost all downloads are counted once per IP per 24 hours and only a few sales.
