i can understand what you feel but they are still recovering from their lost from previous company
but i cant blame you guys but still i want to say that please stay calm
or you might not payed at all after all videowood staff/admins are humans that have feelings
well just a word of advice..
 
I retried their services yesterday for about 8 hours, and I'm impressed with the results, but nervous about transitioning further with them again.

I contacted the admin yesterday and he said that the payment issues should be (hope) resolved this month, but he isn't sure since he doesn't deal with that.
 
I've been waiting for about a month now for my $30.

I still upload to the site (I use it as one of my backup hosts), but I'm getting more and more doubtful that I'll receive anything in a foreseeable future...

they decrease the rate... last may 10
they said they need to do that in order to recover from the payment issue
i asked them if they still gona lower it and they said no and it wont go lower
but today i knew that they lower it again.. i sent him a message regarding with this
but still no reply...
