19 December 2014 to 23 december 2014 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, monday, Tuesday) YOU NEVER RETURN MY MONEY.
If a week is not calculated, it will not change anything.

I hope your problem will resolved ASAP

you can try contact them again

Hi All,

Apologies for the delayed response. I have found no issues while accessing the servers.and our main site seems to be accessible as well. Can you please send us an email in case you are unable to reach our website with your traceroute results? This appears to be a networking issue (if any) since I have just checked our servers' uptime and they havent reported any downtime.

I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this provider

I'm with them for two months and they when offline two times: first time for the whole week the second was two days.

They LIE about unmetered bandwidth. They will tell it's unlimited but when You will use some of it They will BAN You. Reason: ABUSE of bandwidth lol

I was looking for a server with unmetered bandwidth as I know I'm using 30TB per month, when I wrote a question asking why my account was banned They LIE again saying that I'm using 90% of traffic and over 60 TB per month. When I asked for proof no answer was given (simple screenshot from WHM Complete Solution would be enough).

My VPS should end on 25.02.2015 Its almost a a month (as They ban me after I made a payment) I requested a refund and They refuse giving my money.

I don't know if this is enough for closing this topic but You should know what kind of ppl They are.

I SUGGEST YOU NOT TO TAKE ANYTHING FROM THOSE PEOPLE.

You can see proof of my story here:

Sorry for my grammar

@Shaki,

You should really post full support thread screenshots when you intend to post them but never the less , I would take the opportunity to explain the difference between bandwidth and throughput to you. You were suspended (presuming I picked up the correct support ticket from the screenshots) for abusing the servers network throughput which simply means at any point of time you were using the network much above tolerable limits(85% of the limit on average for you case) which is simply not acceptable considering there are other clients who are paying for their VDS's as well and should get their fair share as well. Now this fine for a couple of days but for 2 months at a stretch. Thats a no-no for any provider out there.
And this is my friend is not Bandwidth. Yes we still provide un-metered bandwidth because had we limited the bandwidth you would have been suspended long back for using an average of 60TB per month over the past couple of months which didn't happen.

We value all our clients and do not wish them to suffer just because you would like to squeeze every bit of the network. This is not a fair practice and cannot be appreciated
@Others:
I request other to first understand the issue and get a good insight before leaving their comments and bashing the provider as these do not throw a good light on the problem at hand.
Any further concerns , I would highly obliged to address.

For me it seems that You are trying to distort the facts.

Lets assume I'll use bittorent client and I'll seed 20 torrents... with Your reasoning I'll be banned because it use throughput all the time.

btw For me this is the same conversation what SHAKI posted so I dont know why You posted it again...

PS If You ban someone don't just say "120TB, 90%" You SHOULD give proofs for Your defence. I think it's not that hard...

OK that's few words from me... Hope people will look at this story and draw their own conclusions.

Lying still speaking with has used 60 Tb I know the wheel has used 30 TB month
Should you ban a lie !!! as warn you other users

First - you accusing SHAKI for put here only part of conversation. And from ss provided by you and him it turns out that you have published only a part of the conversation :whistling:

And about this your funny talking about "abuse". Something like "abuse" shouldnt exist in you site. You are provider and you could set limits on what you wanted for users. You did not do this, and now you're trying to show us that it is not your fault. Ridiculous.

Still hope that you will be banned here soon :)

Are you real? 30TB is even crazy on a shared server / connection, with these kind of volumes you should have a dedicated line. You are paying less then $100...
