my earning has frozen. please check what did happen
when my download were on 60+ earning is still and Now downloads are 100+ and earning is same please check
First my account was upgraded from my earning , and now earning is frozen.
Fileparadox please check now and resolve the iseu and expire premium and add my money in account balnce which was use for upgradation

my plane has been changed, no one can change it accept you becouse I have on security lock, and no one can access my gmail account , i got verification code on my mobile every login

Your account is showing PPD plan with security lock enabled. It has not been changed as it is PPD and stats are clearly working for your account as I can see today's stats on it.

two things have done in my account, and I know that were in your end, not my end. first my account upgraded from my earning and second my plan was changed.
first was commented that my account was hacked
second was that you did not changed
if you did not change plan , who did it. because security lock was on and no can change it, my gmail account can't be login anyone , I have activated mobile verification, that was happen in your end even not for you , may be your staf
So kindly add my money in my account balance which was used for premium
and expire the premium account
