Can somebody explain why in 1 hour I only have 6 downloads (free + premium). What is going on?

Added after 11 minutes:

I also had 8 sales last month on 29... I have 0 rebills until now. Because the system is automatic and the accounts should renew automatic is hard for me to believe that all 8 personas canceled their account...

Does Datafile ban you if you get too many DMCA reports? Even if the content is NOT high-risk(hollywood movie/music/USA porn)?

I got some fucker who filed MULTIPLE DMCA reports on my files. He picked 30 of my files and filed DMCA on them 3 times.

Downloads are verry slow today here too, let me know if the rebills are added till the end of the day.....if they are not addded i will have to think to another host!
Autorebills is one of the major factor why i choose datafile.....and if is fake i will not waste my time with them!

Well till now 22:40 datafile server time I have 2 rebills (from 8 sales last month on 29) and 1 sale.

Because of ddos attack the free users are having problems of captcha error.
They stay waiting the count down time but when it finishes they see message that they typed wrong captcha, even when they had typed the captcha correctly.
Then the count down starts again and they can't start the download.

I did a test here, I reduced the delay time to 20 minutes and then the free downloads started to increase in the stats.

Datafile admin needs use Cloudflare or other protection against ddos attacks or this situation will never end.

Why you not open 2 more support ticket? Wtf you want they answer you?
They having difficulties ,because of the ddos attack. They have no clue when the DDos stops....is this enough?
Start to use your brain and you will find out why your files not getting as much downloads as usually.
 
None of this is a direct result of DDoS. In case you didn't notice, all of these problems are BECAUSE they've got DDoS protection up and running. It's too bad they've decided to use the same shitty anti-ddos service that Rapidgator uses (ddos-protection.ru / netvillage.ru).

Unfortunately for them, Rapidgator seems to know how to handle DDoS's and fix them and turn off protection when not needed. Datafile doesn't. They've kept it up, and as long as they keep up, they'll lose downloads, sales, clients, etc. Because it's a pain in the ass to use the site while Netvillage's shitty ddos protection is turned on. They will keep IPs whitelisted for a few minutes, then force them through a javascript evaluation based redirect. Unfortunately, apps like JDownloader, Mipony, Load! etc cannot interpret this and are locked out of downloading. If their users want to use these apps, they'll have to manually load the website in their browser window every few minutes. And no one likes that.

Basically, this won't be resolved until Datafile steps in and does something about it. Either switch to a different ddos protection provider that's half good, or turn it off and see if the attacks are still on-going. That or expect to lose downloads/sales as days go by.
 
I received heavy amount of complaints about captcha... I really hope forums won't start banning datafile but I am almost sure that will happen, at least on my main forums as that always ban filehosts that won't allow free downloads for any reasons. Damn... and it started pretty good with this host.

Anyone else notice that "Use after the first download" keeps unchecking by itself?
I have to check it like 4-5 times a day.
