Pay premium membership 09/01/2014 5:32:52 PM the day with webmoney and still not activated my premium membership. Send 2 emails and not respond me.
 
plz i have renew my account to premium paid with my visa card all the things are ok and i download as a premium but after 2 or 3 days my account became free i dont know why? plz fix it something wrong with it my user: alivolcano

We have sent an email with all the instructions when we changed your account to "free user". This was done as we noticed multiple downloads from different countries at the same time. Once you follow the instructions sent in the email, we will again upgrade your account Premium.

first of all, i dont share my account with others and the second, i have use the mentioned new password to access my account and set a new password and enable security lock. BTW i cant change password and may be there is a gap in ur security site so may be someone need to hack my account.

thanx for ur understanding, and plz upgrade my account. (Note: Our ISP use Dynamic IP Address)

We had a doubt that you didn't share your account with anyone and that is the only reason your account was Not banned.
After enabling security lock, one cannot make any changes to the account. If you wish to make changes, disable the security lock > make changes > enable security lock.

We understand Dynamic IP address situation, however, it cannot be from different countries ;)

Your account has been restored back to Premium Account :)
 
Resellers take 12$ from me, so sad :(:(
